Particular circuits designDouble voltage circles were designed for controlling two groups of voltage according to temperature separately on each printhead. Solid tantalum capacitors were adopted on circuit, in order to prolong life of the piezoelectric crystals in printhead. Embedded ARM CMOS chip can reduce the usage frequency of computer CPU and memory during the printing. Due to design of self-recovering protecting system, when short circuit or voltage overload happens, the fuse in the printhead board will be cut down automatically to ensure printhead safety. |
